Part of doing projects!

My friends, I have been working my little tail off to add some input to this blog. Danielle can cook way faster then I can get any projects done 😉... And this is partly the reason why! (Spilled paint down my shirt and down the front of me) Not a pleasant experience. Sadly, I ruined my favorite jacket and pants and a shirt I only wore once before! Why was I wearing these clothes you ask?? Because I wasn't doing anything I hadn't done a million times before and have never spilled on myself. Let me tell you the story. I was almost finished spraying my kitchen cabinet doors when my paint ran out. I had paint ready to refill my sprayer, just had to add in the chalk powder. However, I was a little short on how much paint I needed to I wanted to add a little more paint to my mix. I picked up the paint carton and started to shake it when the lid flew off and the paint spilled all down the front of me. So, I wasn't even painting when it spilled!!! I was only finishing up a project and with chalk paint you can't leave it in the sprayer for more then 30 minutes. At least you shouldn't. I literally needed a tiny bit more paint and about 5 more minutes. Instead it turned into an extra hour as I also had to wash the paint out of my HAIR!!! ARRRRRGH!!! So, instead of completely finishing the painting tonight I had to clean up a huge mess. Such is life! Stay tuned, I will be posting soon!! 😀
